Embody II is a portrait-and-story project tracing the quiet mechanics of becoming.
Each portrait begins with a person in form: a body, a threshold, a history, and a moment of truth that cannot be reduced to performance or surface.
This is not a beauty project. It is not a transformation story staged for inspiration.
It is a record of what becomes visible when a person is witnessed with honesty.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Step 1: Reflect
Write a short story or reflection about a moment when something in you changed form.
It may be quiet, rupturing, ordinary, or difficult to name. What matters is that something real remained.
Step 2: Submit
Share your story using the link below.
There is no deadline. This is a living invitation. Stories may be submitted from anywhere in the world.
Step 3: Be Considered
Each story will be read with care.
Selected participants will be photographed and considered for inclusion in Embody II. Sessions are currently held in New York. Selected participants are responsible for their own travel.
