VISUAL JOURNEYS

Visual Journeys are the photographic register inside my authored books. They do not illustrate or explain the written text. They carry the inquiry through image, sequence, pacing, material, and visual relation — allowing the camera to conduct the same governing question through a different form.

When the books enter physical space, the Visual Journey can leave the page with them. Scale, spacing, sequence, and placement allow the images to operate spatially while remaining part of the larger authored body.
